For companies which are considering coming over to Saitama City.
　When companies which engage in the Saitama City designated industries build facilities for headquarters or research & development function in Saitama City, we will give a subsidy for some of its expenditure.
※This grant system is applied to whole Saitama City area and available to companies already located in the city as well.

Subsidy for promoting industrial site selection in Saitama City.
　When you build business facilities, 10% of investment money, maximum 1 billion yen will be subsidized.

※Invested fixed property capital is construction cost of building for head quarter or research & development function, plus income cost for depreciation assets
※Before beginning construction, confirmation of business plan by city is necessary.

Subsidy for rent expense of business location based on the promotion of business coming over to Saitama City.
　For 3 months rent expense of office, maximum 6 million yen will be subsidized.

※Office rent expense is amount except deposit, guarantee money, and public benefit cost
※Before office rental contract agreement, confirmation of business plan by city is necessary.

Saitama prefecture support system

■Saitama Industrial location promotion subsidy.
　When company acquires (or, rents) land for starting operation of factory or other, Saitama prefecture will subsidize paid real estate acquisition tax equivalent to the extent of a maximum of 100 million yen.
